1. What are your hours of business?

We are staffed Monday-Friday from 8;00 AM-5;00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. However we keep a member of our Customer Support Team available to take your calls and emails after hours. Please leave a message for assistance.

2. If I place an order, can it be delivered on the same day?
Generally yes, we can accommodate same-day deliveries as long as the order is placed before 12:00 PM CST local time. There will be exceptions to this as deliveries are dependent on the drivers’ route, which varies daily. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.

3. What if the recipient is not home?

Please note that Bloom Farms is only responsible for delivering to the address you quote (or to a neighbor if no one is at home). Please advise us during the ordering process.Where the delivery driver is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will deliver to a neighbor, leave in a secure location, or leave a card for the recipient to make contact with Bloom.

In the instance there are any difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient, we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide at the time of placing your order.

All of Bloom Farms Floral Offerings come with a vase and fully hydrated. Therefore we have no trouble leaving on a porch, or at a front desk, should the recipient be absent. In other instances we will contact the purchaser of a failed delivery attempt for instruction on how to continue. If we do not hear back from the customer, we will automatically schedule the re-delivery for the following day.

Our African Violets and Other Plant Offerings are very weather sensitive, we recommend the recipient be present to receive these beautiful blooming house plants and ferns. All of our products come with our seven days of freshness Meadow To Mantle Guarantee!

4. How do I know if my order has been delivered?
Bloom Farms Wild Meadow Flowers will send an email confirmation to each customer that their purchase has been delivered. 

5. Can I specify the time of delivery?
We will do our best to meet your delivery requirements.  Let us know what you are looking for in special instructions when ordering online or over the phone.  It is not practical to specify an exact time, however requests for Same Day Bouquets from 8:00 AM-1:00 PM can usually be met. When it comes to schools, businesses and sympathy services, we understand the time sensitive nature of the delivery. Sometimes weather, short notice and location can make your request not possible. We will make every effort to make you happy with prompt delivery. During busy holiday times it is very difficult and unlikely that we can meet timed delivery requests. We will do our best,but it is simply not practical as the volume of orders does not allow for that type of service many on certain days.

6. How much does it cost to have your products delivered? 
Bloom Farms Wildflower Meadows has a delivery fee of $10.00 on all blooming, live subscription and single variety orders in the local Memphis TN area. This area includes Shelby County, N Ms. and West Memphis Ar. A craftsman fee of $15.00 will also apply on all Handmade Premium Arrangements. Prices start at $25 for these hand crafted bouquet items. In the event that the delivery address is a remote or rural location, additional fees may apply. If we receive an incorrect delivery address, we may charge an additional service fee to reroute the arrangement.

7.  What can I do if I am not happy with the products that were delivered?
In the unlikely event this happens be assured Bloom Farms Wild Meadow Flowers will do our best to make you happy. We will pick up and redeliver another product if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods or services. Since most of our products are perishable goods, we do not accept returns and we typically do not issue refunds as there is a 50% restocking fee. However, our caring and experienced staff will ensure your satisfaction to the best of our ability.
